If you're ever unsatisfied with the service that we provide or with the coupons that we deliver, you may return them for full credit. Simply email us at clpped4u@gmail.com and let us know. Then mail them back to the return address on your package and we will process the refund.

Keep in mind that we can not provide refunds if we provide the promised service and your package is delayed or isn't there at your desired time. USPS is our primary shipping service and their shipping methods are listed on their website at USPS.com. We do not accept responsibilty for any packages lost by USPS.

We offer a variety of payment options including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and others. All options are available in the payment sections of your checkout.

Shipping Charges
We promise not to blind-side you at checkout with unfair shipping charges. We charge a simple flat-rate for each shipment, regardless of size.
We ship by USPS 1st Class Mail without tracking or USPS Priority Mail with tracking. 1st Class mail generally takes 2-3 days for delivery. Priority Mail is generally delivered within 1-3 business days, though it costs more. We do not ship by UPS or FED-X.

Shipping Policy
We stock everything we sell and make our best effort to ship all orders ASAP. Normally orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out. In any event, you'll receive an email notice after each step (like after you place the order, after we ship, etc.), so you'll always know where things stand.
All shipping is via USPS, 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday(only until 2 pm EST).
